Jess sold her first commissioned painting in the summer of 2004 to a patron and friend. Ever since, she’s had the desire to create mixed-media art, paintings, and pottery. This became an unyielding curiosity to explore her creative side. Drawing on her background in psychology, performing arts, Jungian literature, and incorporating her penchant for the otherworldly, macabre, and mysterious, she produces surreal, dream-like, highly realistic, pieces.
